P&J can control or completely remove the ID flash depending upon your requirements. The outside weld flash is always removed. Unique tooling and careful attention to this operation makes for a truly finished product.

All ERW tubing is supplied to ASTM Standards which requires us to insure a sound weld which must be as strong or stronger than the base metal. Material certification is available at the customer's request.
